Pet Policy
Oakland Chase gladly accepts friendly, vaccinated pets. Tenants are required to provide proof of current vaccinations (Rabies, Bordatella, DHPLP) of pets and no aggressive breed dogs(or aggressive breed mixes) are allowed.

Tenants are allowed one pet up to 40 lbs or two pets combined totaling no more than 40 lbs. $300 non refundable pet fee and $35 per month in addition to regular monthly rental installments.
