Pet Policy
Oakland Chase gladly accepts friendly, vaccinated pets. Tenants are required to provide proof of current vaccinations (Rabies, Bordatella, DHPLP) of pets and no aggressive breed dogs(or aggressive breed mixes) are allowed.

Tenants are allowed one large pet (over 30 lbs) or two small pets (30 lbs or under) per apartment. Total weight of pets not to exceed 80 pounds.
